De Olifant is a paint wholesaler. They needed an online catalog for their regular customers. This had to include a detailed overview of all products. By doing so, they aim to streamline the communication with their customers.

The site is also a tool to attract new customers. New articles about their products are posted on a regular basis. This adds a lot of extra value to the site. Each article becomes a new entrance page.

  By adding articles to the sidebar of many pages, we try to increase the time visitors spend on the site. By giving users ways to sidetrack into the site, a page is no final destination. When visitors get to appreciate these articles, it is easier to make regular visitors out of them.

  Many clients are interested in the brands on sale. To cater for that, a brands overview page was added. This page also makes for an extra way to navigate the site.
